As musical talent certainly can not define quality hereditarily transmissible tout court, since the time of Bach, however, there are good examples of them capable of emulating the deeds of the fathers, if not even exceed them. The Estonian conductor Neeme Järvi has always stood out for the frenetic activity conducted in several continents (at present it is filled the following positions: Chief Conductor Dutchman Residentie Orchestra (Den Haag), Conductor Laureate of New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, Music Director Emeritus the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Principal Conductor Emeritus Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, the first guest conductor of the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra and, finally, Conductor Laureate of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra). The tireless dedication that has always characterized his work, accompanied by a huge passion for their "mission" led him to explore in his forty-year career as an ultra-impressive breadth of repertoire, with artistic results still valid, if not excellent. On his personal Guinness, Neeme Järvi has added a curious record: two, say two young conductors, Paavo and Kristjan, LiiL had by his wife, as the daughter Maarika, popular flautist. The quarantasettenne Paavo already eight years is shown at the helm of one of the major orchestras of America, Cincinnati Symphony. With a father so overflowing, good Paavo I could not stop here, and here and then two prestigious posts in Europe, the Frankfurt Radio and Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen.
